The Third Meeting of the Preparatory Committee for WSIS=20 (PrepCom-3)
will take place in Geneva from 15 to 26 September 2003. = There=20 will be an
Intersessional Period between PrepCom-2 and PrepCom-3 = dedicated=20 to
refining the working documents for the Draft Declaration of=20 Principles
and Draft Action Plan.
