now scheduled to take place from 21-25 July in Paris, France, presumably =

understanding is that the modalities for participation by observers will =
be the=20
same as during the Prepcoms. However if someone from the Civil Society =
Bureau=20
could confirm this, that would be appreciated, since many NGOs, =
particularly=20
those not in Europe, will need to make arrangements for travel and visas =
well in=20
advance.
