There's a new version /revision of the report from the Chairman of 
Sub-Committee 2.  (document Chairman of SubCommittee 2 
WSIS/PC-2/030217/TD/GEN/0005 (rev. 1)

The revised version now shows:

[(c) the inputs from the Observers at the meetings be incorporated 
into the revised documents.]

In the earlier version issued this afternoon this text was without brackets.
