Dear Asian participants in Geneva,

In the midst of audio casting of Sub-com 2 meeting, the casting abruptly
stopped without any explanation. When I checked it again at
http://www.itu.int/ibs/WSIS/pc2/index.phtml, the meeting which is now
working on, has been changed from the status of live meetings to that of
archives ready. Very abrupt and unreasonable behavior! Could you explain
what happens?

Due to this audio casting, I made my time this night to hear what happens
there, then, my plan should be accidentally interrupted by ITU's unilateral
and unreasonable behavior. Is this UN meeting?

Regards,

Chun Eung Hwi
