Hi,

I am a bit uncomfortable that the regional families have altogether 
disappeared in this document. I would have thought, with so much 
emphasis on regional meeting on the official levels, a counterpart 
CSO structure would have been much more relevent. 

There is a strong emphasis on regional representation, yet, these 
representation may not entirely reflect the works done in regional 
level. 

Two, parliamenterians and city authorities.. -- when do they stop 
being governments and start becoming Civil Society is very vauge, 
especially in our parts of the world, and i think it's the same case 
outside of the 'western' countries.

Well.. I trust you guys in Geneva to make best effort !! For me, I 
would be willing to be in the Scientifc and Technology community, 
if you need nominations from asia.
