Did I miss anyone? (probably did.). Please fill in... (Sacha, how about you,
Arfa and Serena? Chat, who is going for APC-WNSP Asia? Anyone from Pacific
Islands?)
FYI, I may be speaking in behalf of the CRIS Campaign as one of the civil
society voices in the Second Roundtable ("Access to Knowledge, Open Access,
Cultural and Linguistic Diversity, Local Content"...whew!) on Tuesday, 18
Feb am. (If the gender balance is not good, I will give up my slot to a
woman, probably Olinca Marino from Latin America, who is from APC)....
If I do speak in RTable2, our Tokyo statement will find its way into the
presentation for sure somehow...:-)
Seriously: Amidst the uncertainty of the times and the war rumblings getting
louder, let us celebrate our unity, our diversity, and our continuing
commitment to the peace, justice, and human rights which will underpin our
vision of a truly communicative "information society"...
