Thank you for your information!
I think it could be very nice particularly for NGOs not to be able to be
at the meeting place. Even in Korea, we have one contact point for GDLN -
http://www.kdischool.ac.kr/executive/gdln/gdln.htm Therefore, if we can
use those facilities for video-conferencing, it could be very helpful. But
due to time gap, it is not easy to use such function. If we want to use
this, what should be done? Is Robert Guerra taking initiatives for this or
is it simply one suggestion?
