Hi Arfa

Good to hear from you and am assuming you're back in Malaysia "alive and
kicking" again...

Yes, please. Just send anything you have. I put out a call on this list to
anyone else who has notes but so far no one has sent me anything. :-( I saw
you taking a lot of notes that day so I am sure yours will be helpful.

Yes I have, and have endorsed it.

I am not sure now about this if you are not registered yet. There is even a
more complicated accreditation process involved. As for subsidy/sponsorship,
I know that a "participation fund" had been announced on the site but if I
am not mistaken, the deadline for that has passed as well. In any case,
there are people on this list who may have other thoughts and/or resources
so I leave it to them to respond to you directly.

(I myself had been informed that I was one of those chosen to recieve a
fellowship, but I implied to them that I could not stay the entire duration
of PrepCom2--17-28 Feb!--and I do not know now if they will still grant the
fellowship...Have to wait and see...)

Same to you. Please continue to plug on with your malaysiakini colleagues;
all of you are again becoming a symbol for us, as well as a reminder that
the the truly communicative "info society" is not achieved solely through
summits and meetings, but in day to day struggles against an array of
enemies...

More power
