Japan Chapter of CPSR endorses "Civil Society Observations and
Response to the Tokyo Declaration". This endorsement overrides the
endorsement for earlier versions I made at the Conference as CPSR.

The statement is for and by AP region NGOs, although CPSR is an
international organization headquartered in the U.S. Therefore, CPSR
members in Japan and CPSR officers came to think that "Japan Chapter"
of CPSR seems better for the endorsement.
