Sacha and Jaba,

Yes, I would like to share my experiences and perhaps lessons
from the drafting committee or "informal consultation group"
works. If you could give me a few days, I could try. I mean
I am tied up with some contract making until the end of this
week, or possibly this month, but certainly before Feb 6.
(after all the works since mid December for WSIS Tokyo,
I need to some other work in order to survive.  You know
what I mean ;-) )

I will also work on the "Fellowship" information disclosure
shortly together with Adam.

I plan to attend the PrepCom 2, only for the first few days or
a week at the longest.
