If we have to give a name, may I nominate Jaba Menon of One World Asia, who
was rapporteur in Bangkok CONGO, and part of the Content group. She is also
a woman--to balance the Japanese rep who is a man (Izumi). She also has
excellent communication skills.
I gather we should give a name for now, then decide during the first NGO
meetings on Saturday, to supplement that (with an alternate) or replace if
we find someone more appropriate.
