could be a good thing, or it could be an oversight.

Participants planning to distribute materials concerning their 
activities and ideas are requested to submit the printed materials:

a)	By mail to---

* Parcels must arrive not later than 12 Jan 2003.
* Contact information must be included on the material.
* Postage must be paid by the sender.

b)	In person---

* Please ask details at the information desk on the 3rd floor.

The number of materials per organization is not limited. But please 
note that conference participants number is approximately 500.

Materials from participants will be placed on the desk and can be freely taken.
