I'm a director of JCA-NET (Organizer of Communication Rights Side
Event) , although I'm not a delegate from JCA-NET in the Asia Regiion
Conference (I'm a delegate from CPSR in the meeting) . In the board
meeting of JCA-NET on last month, Toshimaru Ogura, who is a delegate
of JCA-NET in the meeting and main organizer of the event, said that
he wants PatchA to be on the NGO panel, so please proceed.
Sorry for the late response. Mr. Ogura is now attending the Asia/World
Social Forum in India, so he may have no time to response, or may have
problems on his modem card.
