I was informed that Mr. Adama Samassekou, the "President" of PrepCom1, is
interested in attending NGO Open plenary, likely on Jan 12, Sunday.

He is President of the African Academy of Languages and formerly the
Minister of Education in Mali, was elected the President of the First 
Preparatory
Committee meeting.  He has been one of the strong supporter for NGO
participation to WSIS process.
