I also would like to endorse Patcha as the Communication Rights presentor.

Since this topic is close to all our hearts, maybe we can treat this as a
collective presentation and work on it together, with Patcha as the one who
will deliver it. But maybe patcha can already do an outline of what he
thinks should be presented.

We can talk about this in the NGO plenary meetings on 5-7 on 11 and 12
January.
