I agree with Adam that PatchA did a great job in Bangkok CONGO,
and I was impressed. (That does not mean other candidates are not
impressive ;-) ).
I am also working on panel member from government sector, and
it is likely to be a senior official from Japanese government,
in charge of Gender Equality at Cabinet Office, who has also good understanding
of NGO - Government cooperation. As soon as we get "clearance"
I will inform it here.
