The Young Volunteers for Sustainable Development (YVSD) consists of =
students and young professionals who perform voluntary work on =
environmental and sustainable development issues. It is currently active =
in planning for the International Year of Freshwater, and organizing a =
national youth dialogue on ICT and WSIS.=20
APC Women consists of women from more than 20 countries from the North, =
South, East and West. They are women, groups and organizations working =
in the field of gender and ICT, who also actively support women's =
networking. They are specialized in areas such as training, information =
facilitation, technical skills and policy issues, many of whom work on a =
voluntary basis. They are activists on housing and evironmental issues, =
women and health activists, librarians, journalists or they work for one =
of the APC network members.=20
Philink is a development NGO consortium for international concerns. By =
facilitating partnership, it aims to nurture international solidarity =
both north-south and south-south. It brings to focus global issues and =
trends relevant to the Philippine NGO community and development work, =
through programs in areas such as urban poor and social housing, =
agrarian reform and rural development, sustainable development and the =
environment, etc.=20
Isis, of course, is Susanna's org.
