Dear Susanna
She will not be attend the workshop. I am checking my mail today and
saw your note. Supinya is not in Hyderabad due to work over load. She
decided at the last minute to stay back. We have got problems with the
community radio project. The govt is going ahead with allocating the
spectrum to the local government and we are concerned that community radio
in the govt discourse will become another propaganda machine.
