Also in Japan, I know severl scholars who are interested in rights of
minority language. I intend to invite them for our event.
Do you know the International Mother Language Day? It was set up in
1999 by UNESCO after struggle of Bangla for long time. This symbolizes
that in the Internet age protecting language minority is essential for
human rights.
Following books are useful for language issues even though they are
not relate to ICT issues.
