I checked with the Ministry.
(1) Further registrations for fellowships *cannot* be accepted, the
deadline cannot be extended.
(2) Yes, the registration deadline will be extended and they are
trying to get information on their webpage as soon as possible.
They expect the deadline for those needing visas to be around
December 20. Christmas and New Year make any date later very
difficult. Those not needing visas will have more time (but I do not
know details yet.)
=46ellowships deadline cannot be extended, they need to begin
processing, and processing cannot begin until the number of
applicants is known.
Toshi, would you please delete reference to fellowship from the text
form and notify all lists you sent mail to of this.
