Thank you for this Sacha,  we got a similar message, and have asked  our colleague from the Pacific to sign on.  I think it might be good to write to them and tell them about this list, and see if they would also be interested to participate in this discussion.

Thank you too for the declaration that you sent us from the Article 19 meeting.  Have passed it on to colleagues but will glance through it soon....

regards,
susanna

Dear mail list members,

If you have not received this already FYI below: invitation to individually subscribe the Pacific area mail list for WSIS. In our final statement at CONGO we included Pacific region ie Asia Pacific. Those of you who would like to keep up with Pacific please join their list. Maybe we can merge later.

We have set up a list for anyone interested in the Pacific island region's preparations and inputs to the WSIS Asia Pacific Regional Conference to be held in Tokyo 11-15 January.  This should help to make sure all stakeholders are operating from the same information state. The list will not be moderated, no approval is needed to join, and subscriptions are now open. If you are interested please subscribe early so as not to miss the evolving dialogue.  Send a message tosympa@list.sopac.org.fjwith the subject linesubscribe wsis-pacificPlease note if you use more than one email address and want to be able to receive/post from each address, you need to subscribe from each address.  Once you are subscribed, you can post to wsis-pacific@list.sopac.or= g.fjPlease forward this message to people you think may be interested in Pacific island region preparations as we will not manually subscribe anyone to the list.  (and apologies for multiple cross-postings as we don't want to miss anyone)A very big thanks to our friends at SOPAC for setting this up!
