Thank you for this Sacha,  we got a similar message, and have asked  our 
colleague from the Pacific to sign on.  I think it might be good to write 
to them and tell them about this list, and see if they would also be 
interested to participate in this discussion.

Thank you too for the declaration that you sent us from the Article 19 
meeting.  Have passed it on to colleagues but will glance through it soon....
