Hi Everybody,

this is just to inform you that I registered also for the Tokyo meeting at
the end of the extended period, and I also asked for financial support.

Our efforts to at least get information about what the Cambodian government
is thinking or planning for the Tokyo meeting have not yet led to any
responses, but we continue to try to find out.
