Dear all,

This is the final/latest version of the statement on WSIS, presented to
the plenary in the afternoon, and getting signatures by all who agreed.
After much hard work by all.

We had some 40 people today in the breakout session on Action Items,
we explained this and they all agreed.

Sacha kindly accepted to work on inputting all theses signatories list
collected, handwritten ones, and the list of attendees of the morning
Action session who also agreed to be listed as the parpticipants.

Now I will check out and go to the airport soon.
