Time seems so short in this last bit of the year.  I will check with my 
colleagues here who set up mailing lists and manage our website on whether 
they might have a way of doing it, but it seems that we have very little 
time currently - and this might only be implemented in early January, since 
our office will close at the end of next week.  But I will check first 
before responding further.
