Dear Alan,
There was infact a short note sent by Adam Peake announcing that there was
a new list set up and inviting others to join, I recall, but I don't think
the longer explanation of the merging was done. I will have to do that
letter when I get back from my year-end assessment on Friday, if I cannot
manage it tonight. I will do it within the weekend though so not to
worry. I too am completely short on time !!
