Hello everyone,

As you know the general civil society group from the WSIS is preparing a
draft as an input for the prepcom2. We sent them the report of the Bangkok
meeting as an input from asian NGO's, but they might need more informations
or inputs which are more directly related to their paper. I join you the
version from the 27th of november of their document. If you would like to
add anything to it from the asian point of view, could you please talk among
yoursleves and then contact Bill McIver?

Thanks and best regards,

Chantal
